Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

1. Eligibility & Use of the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If under 18, you may use it only with parental or guardian consent.
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, including reporting, rescuing, or managing animal rescue cases.

2. Limited License & Ownership

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for reporting or responding to animal rescue cases.
• All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including designs, software, images, graphics, and text) remain with the Company.

3. User Accounts, Roles & Reporting Cases

• You must sign in using Google Sign-In to use the Service.
• There are two user roles:
  • Reporter: A user who reports an animal rescue case by submitting location, picture, animal condition, and other details.
  • Rescuer: A user who responds to reported cases and provides help.
• When submitting a rescue case, you consent to share the information (including images and location) with rescuers.
• You must not upload false, misleading, or harmful case details.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of any data, images, or descriptions you submit.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Actions

• You may not intentionally submit fake rescue cases.
• You may not upload harmful, abusive, violent, or inappropriate images.
• You must not misuse other users’ information obtained through the Service.
• You must not interfere with or attempt to reverse-engineer the app.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal and case-related data is collected and used.

6. Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

• Animal Safety Disclaimer: The Woofy is only a reporting and coordination platform. We do not guarantee the outcome of rescue cases.
• No Professional Veterinary Services: The app does not provide medical or veterinary advice.
• User Responsibility: Reporters and rescuers are individually responsible for their actions, communications, and rescue efforts.
• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for injury, damages, or incidents resulting from rescue operations coordinated using the Service.
• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your misuse of the Service or rescue efforts.

7. Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, submit false reports, or misuse the Service.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and your account or reported cases may be deleted or anonymized.

8. Changes & Governing Law

• We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use of the Service after revisions means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. You agree to submit to the courts located in Pakistan for any dispute.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement regarding your use of the Service.
